What is Mindful Work?
Mindful Work is an 8-module, workplace-focused mindfulness program designed to create a more focused, connected, and resilient workforce. We combine mindfulness fundamentals with practical applications tailored for the workplace, helping your team integrate mindfulness into their daily lives—and see real results.
We utilise a mix of practice and theory, indoor and outdoor practice, structured and informal sessions to support learning and development. Program content, recordings and resources, plus community discussion room and challenges, are hosted and organised on one platform, accessible via web browser and an app for ease of use.
Traditional Mindfulness Teachings
An introduction to the 4 pillars of mindfulness as imparted by Buddha, which take participants on a well-rounded journey through mindfulness, plus application to the workplace.
Framework of Practices
A logical framework of practices that span the spectrum of possible ways to use awareness, equipping participants with many tools in the mindfulness toolbox.
Nature-Based Challenges
Nature makes mindfulness easy. Homeplay involves fun and interesting nature-based practices, giving participants opportunity to take mindfulness out of a room and into life.
Mix of Live Sessions
The main module content is delivered in a structured session, with informal small group meetups in between to enable free-flowing discussion.
Community Room
Each group has their own private space that hosts the challenges, discussion threads, meetups and leaderboard.
